The flake cement silo is a new model silo which is transported to the work site to connect by bolts after through the modular production and processing. Parts of this type bulk cement silo consist of the mechanical processing to complete. It frees from traditional on-site fabrication and get rid of the rough and defect of condition limit caused by manual welding and torch cutting, It has the advantage of beautiful appearance, short duration, easy to install, concentrate on transportation and recycle after used.
The flake cement silo consist of dust pelletizing system, arch breaking device, level device and ladder stand and so on.
1. The dust pelletizing system: On the top of cement silo equips with power-operated exhaust dust device which can effectively adsorb the particle of silo to lighten the pollute of around environment.
2. The arch breaking device: The hypo cone of cement silo is equipped with inflatable arch breaker. It uses the small electromagnetic valve located in the gas control box to control the release of compressed air, and broken arch of cement and all kinds of powder to avoid the powder accumulation, causing blockage.
3.The level device: The level device of fission cement silo can percept the store height of material in silo.
